Information you choose to send
Email contact@audittracelabs.com with a short, general inquiry. Opening the link does not send a message. Do not include passwords, access tokens, private keys, confidential third-party information or sensitive evidence. Email and hosting providers process information needed to provide their services. Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship or guarantee acceptance.
Website measurement and legacy requests
The JavaScript included by the new static pages only operates navigation. It sends no measurement events or form submissions, sets no cookies and uses no browser storage, third-party tracking or device fingerprinting.
A legacy first-party collector remains on the server at /a.php. Older cached pages and direct requests may still reach it. It can record timestamps, paths, referrers, selected campaign data and a daily source-address pseudonym. That pseudonym is not anonymization; a predictable source address may be correlated across days. Collector cleanup is probabilistic and traffic-triggered: its intended 90-day expiry is not a guaranteed deletion deadline. No new analytics storage or cleanup is enabled by this release, and historical records are not deleted.
Hosting logs, mail and retention
Hosting logs can contain IP addresses and request metadata; their scope and retention are controlled by the provider. Direct email is processed by our email provider and retained in the business mailbox. Inquiries that do not become engagements are ordinarily kept for up to 12 months, then deleted when no longer needed. Engagement records follow the agreed scope. Provider backups have separate retention. This release does not create contact-quarantine records.
Your choices
contact@audittracelabs.com to ask about your inquiry, request a correction or ask for deletion. Provider-held backups may age out separately. We do not sell inquiry information or add inquiries to a mailing list. If the contact form or measurement changes, this notice must be updated before activation.
