Privacy

Privacy starts with a scoped first message.

AuditTrace uses a static website and email-first inquiry path. The public contact flow is intentionally light and asks for scope, not secrets or evidence files.

Summary card first. Evidence packet after scope and handling rules are agreed.

Contact data

What a first inquiry may include.

If you email AuditTrace Labs, your message may include your name, work email, organization, offer type, workflow or incident category, timeline, authorized requester context, known exclusions, and a high-level description of what needs to be reviewable later.

Do not send in first contact

Passwords, credentials, recovery codes, payment data, private logs, protected client files, screenshots, confidential exports, or sensitive evidence attachments.

No default tracking stack

Static-first by default.

This bundle does not include third-party analytics, session replay, advertising pixels, or a form processor. The structured inquiry opens a local email draft in the visitor's mail client.

Email endpoint

contact@audittracelabs.com

Evidence-sharing, storage, handling, and review procedures should be agreed separately before any sensitive material is transmitted.

Final handoff

Keep the first message limited.

Scope first. Handling instructions second. Evidence only after authorization and agreed process.

Start here and end here

The public site deliberately resolves to a direct email path so the conversation does not loop through endless pages.
