Sample artifact
Sample: system-state preservation snapshot.
A public-safe example of a before/after state record, using a fictional maintenance-window scenario. It shows how AuditTrace captures state, the change, and integrity verification. No real system data appears here.
Fictional sample for demonstration. Real snapshots cover your authorized systems and are never published.

After state + integrity
Post-change record, verified.
The after-state was captured and hashed into the same manifest. Every captured artifact carries a SHA-256 value, and the manifest binds them together so the record is tamper-evident — any later change to a preserved file breaks verification. The result is a before/after record that can be relied on if the change is ever questioned.
